Shrimp Corn Chowder

Ready in under 30 minutes

Step 1

Prepare Roux Base

I used clam juice! You can also use seafood stock.

Step 2

Add in your vegetables and simmer until they are tender.

Step 3

Add in heavy cream and shrimp. Just to heat and remove from stove.

Step 4

Top with crumbled bacon and parsley. Serve with crusty bread or salad.
