– 4 ears of corn, husked
– 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
– 1/3 c mayo
– 1 tsp lime juice
– 1/4 c cotija cheese, crumbled
– 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
– 2 tsp chili powder
– 1/4 c cilantro, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat grill to 400 degrees
2. Brush corn with vegetable oil
