I took this classy beef stew recipe to the next level by adding a little wine for flavor and my favorite “Hot Chili Peppers.” Honestly, as I get older, I love spicy stuff more and more. Can’t you just picture yourself with a bowl of this stew this weekend on the sofa watching Lifetime or Little House on the Prairie?
