These pumpkin cookies are soft and chewy and topped with the most heavenly salted caramel frosting. The perfect dessert for Fall!

- 1 (15.25oz) Spice Cake Mix
- 1 (15oz) Can Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 c caramel bits
- 1 c Salted Caramel Frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, add the cake mix, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and mix well. Then fold in caramel bits.
- Spoon onto a baking sheet lined with a slipmat, about 2″ apart.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove and allow to cool completely before frosting.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice (optional)
