So...I spent 25 minutes on this past Wednesday looking for a pair of trousers and was almost late for my appointment. I didn't find them until this morning (Saturday), but the feeling I had Wednesday was awful. I had put this nice little outfit together in my mind on Tuesday night and it went out the door Wednesday morning.
I watched a few episodes of the Marie Kondo show while traveling and must admit I was a little impressed. While I know I could not organize my whole house like this I had some areas that it would be beneficial in when I had some time to do it. I started about 2 weeks with my dresser drawers, no I didn't pile all my items up--I did drawer by drawer and let me tell you the folding method allows for much more storage room in the drawers.
So fast forward I definitely don't have the time right now to tackle my closet, but something had to give. I got back home on Wednesday afternoon and Amazon'ed me a closet rack. I received it on Friday and it took about 20 minutes to put together. My goal is to hang my weekly outfits on this and slowly #mariekondo my closet. If it kills me...
