The Little Lifestyle Secret That Most People Don’t Talk About

If you’re a busy mom or a career woman on the go, every day can be filled with a little anxiety, a little drama, and yes, a little perspiration. There, I’ve said it. It might sound like a dirty little secret, but even people who seem to have very put together lives sweat the details. Like, literally, sweat the details. Which is why Lume has developed a body odor and natural deodorant solution that’s safe, effective and lasts for up to 72 hours.
Unlike most deodorants that you’d buy in a store, Lume does not contain any aluminum. Go ahead and check – if you are using a popular brand of deodorant, read the label. Somewhere in the list of ingredients, you’ll see the words “aluminum” or “aluminum chloride.” Think about that for a second – you’re using metal to clog up your sweat pores so that people can’t see your perspiration. That’s why Lume offers aluminum-free protection, unlike all the aluminum chloride deodorants currently on the market.
Moreover, Lume is completely baking soda free. This is a huge advantage if your underarm area is very sensitive because Lume won’t irritate this skin area. And it still works as well – if not better – than the industrial-strength deodorants that most stores sell.
And trust me, I’ve tried those industrial-strength deodorants in the past. I’ve also had Botox treatments to try to clog up overactive sweat glands caused by a medical condition called hyperhidrosis. Until I tried Lume and found out how well it worked, I really didn’t think that there were any other options for me other than Botox.  For that reason, I can tell you that a past Botox user for hyperhidrosis like myself could easily use Lume to control overactive sweat glands anywhere on the body.
The important point to keep in mind is that Lume was developed by women for women. In fact, it gets better than that – the inventor of Lume (Shannon Klingman) happens to be an OB-GYN. She knows exactly what goes on “down there,” and in fact, she originally developed Lume to get rid of feminine odors that her OB-GYN patients mentioned to her. That led her on a grand quest to research the science of odor. She found out that the same ingredients used to control underarm odors could also be used to control feminine odors. And that’s why Lume is also perfectly safe to use on your private parts.
And, in fact, Lume works so well that it’s also perfectly OK to share with your guy friends who might have a little bit too much sweat going on down below, if you know what I mean. This is something I know from first-hand experience. My teenage son is also a football player, and sometimes he comes home not exactly smelling like spring freshness after a tough workout. He’s tried Lume and it works wonders. That means just about anyone could use Lume natural deodorant to freshen up any sweaty private parts after an intense workout in the hot Baton Rouge sun.
Just as easily, you could apply a little Lume before your next 30-minute yoga session and be 100 percent sure that you’re not going to have any unsightly perspiration marks. In fact, if you read the reviews on the Lume website, one woman claims she ran, biked and did a 30-minute core session – and still no perspiration!
One of my favorite sayings is “Don’t stress out about what you can’t control… Instead, control what you can control.” Ladies, perspiration is now something that you can control. Don’t sweat the details anymore. Instead, live confidently when you use the world’s best natural deodorant.

I agree with you about the importance of using natural deodorant that is free of aluminum. We all need to show care about what we put in and on our bodies.

What a cool product! I'm loyal to my deodorant brand but lately I've really been thinking about the toxins that are in them!
